Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This fee is deducted from the total cost of your treatment or consultation on the day.

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule with more than 48 hours' notice, your booking fee may be transferred to a new appointment date at the discretion of your practitioner. This transfer is permitted once only — any further changes will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, your booking fee will be retained by The PMU Clinic and a new booking fee will be required to rebook.

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in your booking fee being forfeited in full.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be treated as a no-show and your booking fee will be retained. We will always do our best to accommodate you where time allows, but we cannot guarantee this.

We understand that genuine emergencies happen. In exceptional circumstances, cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of your practitioner. Please contact us as soon as possible if you find yourself in this situation.
